Upgrading from TeamWork to Meridian Enterprise

Upgrading from TeamWork to Meridian Enterprise is not supported by the Setup program. To upgrade:

  1. Make a backup of all vaults with the TeamWork Administrator tool.
  2. Uninstall TeamWork completely.
  3. If desired, rename the BC-TeamWork Vaults folder to BC-Meridian Vaults.
  4. Edit the DataStore.ini files located in each vault’s Backup folder and correct all paths referring to the old folder name.
  5. Install Meridian Enterprise of the same or later version.
  6. Run the Restart After Restore Wizard.
  7. Follow the task described in Upgrading TeamWork vaults for upgrading a vault.
  8. Test the server and vaults for full operation.
  9. Upgrade the client computers by uninstalling TeamWork and installing Meridian Enterprise.
